Most agency reports are long because length looks like effort. Our clients get a five-minute video every Friday instead, and they actually watch it.

The three numbers

Blended return from store data, cost per new customer, and spend against plan. If those three are on track, nothing else needs a meeting.

One decision

Every report ends with one recommendation for next week: scale this, stop that, test this new angle. The client says yes or no in a reply.

Why video

A screen recording with a voice explains a chart faster than any written summary, and it makes it obvious when we are unsure about something.

Short reports force clear thinking. If we cannot explain the week in five minutes, we have not understood it yet.
